Happy Monday Tuesday everyone!!! Hope you all had an amazing Memorial Day weekend. I know I did am (I don't have to go back to work until Thursday... GO ME!)

-Blogging, Facebooking (yes it a hobby and a very addictive one at that!!), spending time with my husband and puppy

- I have been told that I am a great dancer

-Right handed

4) Are you a spontaneous person, or do you like having things more planned out?

-I think I am a combination of the two. I like to have a plan most of the time but I can be spontaneous at times. I think it comes with my outgoing personality!

ATTENTION: Blog Newbie Question!!!!

Hey Everyone! Hope you are all having a great week thus far! I had a question that I have been searching for the answer to near and far... I have searched and searched the internet high and low and no one seems to be giving out the secrets. I decided to come to my "bloggie" friends for answers.

So, as most of you know... I am not a teacher yet, still living the life of a healthcare professional. However, during my time spent of only working three 12 hour shifts a week, I would like to start creating cute things for my (future) classroom. Only problem... I have NO CLUE as to where to even begin. This is where you come in!

What software do you use to create your TPT materials such as classroom decor, theme sets, units, etc. I don't by any means want to steal your ideas, just want to be able to create my own!

All About Who? You, That's Who!

1) Are you a mom? And if so, how many kids do you have?

- I don't have any "human" children, but I am a mom to Jordie. She is my sweet Morkie!

2) What is your most favorite thing about your mom?

-My favorite thing about my mom is that we are best friends! I can talk to her about ANYTHING and know that she will be there for me no matter what! We are like PB&J! Love her!

3) Name 3 of your favorite things that you have done with your mom.

- One of my favorite things that my mom and I do together is dance! We both absolutely love dancing!!!

- Another favorite would have to be our lazy days by the pool together. You never know where the conversation is going to go with us!

- The third favorite thing is lying on the couch watching Lifetime on Sundays.. ahh...those were the days!

4) Do you have a special gift to give your mom? If so, what is it? Do you dare share?

-I haven't decided what I'm going to give her for mother's day yet! She is very simple so she would be happy with a card. 

4) What are your plans for Mother's Day?

-Right now plans for Mother's Day are to just spend the day together. My grandmother has been sick so the "traditional" dinner with her is still up in the air. This year's plans are contingent upon her health. 

Updates!!!

Hey everyone! Hope you are having a wonderful week!! I know most of your work weeks end tomorrow, but mine is just getting started. Its my weekend to work (we only work every third weekend) so my schedule this week is Thursday, Friday, Saturday (we work three 12 hr shifts a week).

Got some great news this week so I just HAD to share!! 1. I will officially be enrolled in classes come Monday... after all of the grief I've been through since November, I can finally begin my journey "From Blood to Books!" 2. My fingerprints were cleared and I can send my substitute certificate application to the State Board of Education on Monday. 3. I got a phone call from a local school system and have an interview in June for a position on their sub list for next school year! YIPPEE!! My first "education" interview!

Hope everyone has a great Friday and weekend! As for me... I will be stuck in the ER saving lives! :)
